Causes and signs to look out for, whilst knowing how to access help, could be the difference between make and break for those around and, perhaps, even ourselves.

Yoga has been proven to improve physical health and mental well-being that leads to a much better quality of life for people of all ages and levels of fitness.
The appeal lies in its simplicity and accessibility. It’s something that can be learned, enjoyed and practised almost anywhere, at any time, and, by anyone. All you need is a mat, some comfortable clothes and a little space to move!
At its core, Yoga combines physical postures, breath control, and meditation. And while some styles such as Vinyasa or Ashtanga could be challenging, there are many beginner-friendly styles such as Hatha or Restorative Yoga that focus on gentle stretches and slow movements. Perfect for people who are just starting their fitness journey or those looking for a low-impact way to stay active.
While practising Yoga regularly improves flexibility, strength and posture, promoting better balance and coordination, there are immense mental benefits including reduced stress and anxiety, enhanced focus and an overall sense of calm. In our busy, fast-paced lives, Yoga offers a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves.
Causes and signs to look out for, whilst knowing how to access help, could be the difference between make and break for those around and, perhaps, even ourselves.
There’s nothing like escaping the rat race by getting back to Nature and experiencing all that the great outdoors has to o er!
